Who has started harvesting Devils Club this year? I am gearing up to start harvesting. I plan on drying bark for teas; hot tea, sun tea, and kombucha, as well as letting some soak in oil for a year for salve.
Recently I made household cleaner out of really strong Devils Club kombucha and I was thrilled with it.
Does anyone have any recipes to cook devils club into? I am curious about throwing it in my soup broths...
